The first 5 minutes we briefly discuss what we are going to work on. Then the next 55 minutes we sit together in silence and do our own work.
After that everyone's free to sit around for a bit longer or continue the day.
The idea behind this is that you commit yourself to some work you're going to do for an hour and that you feel other people's presence.
