Ikea style hotspot rollover effect in 3DVista

Let's see what we can do to get as close as possible to an ikea-style hotspot rollover. Best case scenario would be to have this directly as a dynamic hotspot in 3DVista itself, but that's still a little hard to reach. So we're going to simplify this doing this in the skin instead.
